Intactic began in 2023 as a single information technology company, founded by a Computer Science & Engineering graduate in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The initial focus was straightforward: deliver reliable engineering services — web development, software solutions, and digital infrastructure — to businesses that needed technical capability without the overhead of an in-house team.

The turning point came with the decision to build a product. That first venture — Chatta Metro, an e-commerce platform rooted in Chattogram’s market — proved that the same engineering discipline which served clients could serve the company’s own products. What followed was not a pivot but an expansion: PdfingPro for privacy-first productivity tools, then Intin AI for applied artificial intelligence. Each venture was built with its own team, its own product roadmap, and its own market position — connected by shared engineering standards and operational infrastructure.

Today, Intactic Group operates as a technology holding company. The structure is deliberate: each venture retains full autonomy, while the group provides a shared technology foundation, common infrastructure, and the organizational discipline that early-stage companies often lack. External clients continue to benefit from the same core engineering capabilities that power the group’s own ventures — a feedback loop that keeps the services practice sharp and the portfolio technically grounded.
